Health and longevity

The five pillars of your health.

At Health Lab, we see health as a continuous process. Nutrition, movement, sleep, stress regulation and relationships affect how we feel today and our health over a lifetime. In order of impact: the first three are the base; the other two hold it up.

These are the five pillars that guide our approach: in the appointment, in corporate programmes and on the platform.

Why five pillars

Health is not built only in the appointment.

What we do every day also influences our health. How we move, sleep, deal with stress, eat and relate to others affects how we feel and function.

That is why these five pillars are part of Health Lab's approach. Not as isolated rules, but as dimensions of health that relate to one another.

Each pillar influences health differently and relates to the others. None works in isolation.
A 2,400-year-old idea

Hippocrates, the father of medicine.

Eating is not enough without exercise; too much sleep or too much waking does harm; it is from the brain that joys and sorrows arise. Hippocrates wrote it 2,400 years ago, and Andrew Taylor Still founded osteopathy on the same idea: the body carries within it what makes it heal. The five pillars come from there.

An integrated approach

The five pillars are part of everything we do.

In the appointment

The pillars guide the assessment and help us understand each person beyond the reason that brought them in.

In corporate programmes

They help us understand needs, identify patterns and develop programmes adapted to each organisation.

On the platform

They make it possible to follow health information beyond lab results and exams, also integrating habits and routines over time.
